About the Book:

Book one of The King Trilogy
When Jed King flies South West for his consultation he gets what he wants and some. The King family gene pool contains some powerful stuff which bothers Jed bad. Real bad.
Jed King’s dilemma is his love of family, which leads to stress, and that stress merely serves to accelerate a deeply debilitating syndrome, which bedevils the King family. He’s flown from his Idaho ranch to New Mexico, to meet a man with special powers and insight. Jed is looking for The Ultimate way out. Trouble is, The Magic Man knows Jed’s asking for something right at the edge of what he can achieve. Meanwhile, his family continue to stress him by the day. It’s becoming a race against time. Can Jed out-run the syndrome?
The gene pool of the King Rancher family includes an incurable disease. Jed King is on mission to seek a cure, which involves flying south from Boise Idaho to New Mexico’s Magic Men. While there, on a Second Sight mission, Jed begins his descent into The Syndrome. Is there anyone out there more desperate than the rich, yet tragic Big Jed King?
